Topline Research Solutions (TRS) is recruiting motivated individuals from small towns and rural areas across Zimbabwe to train as Research Data Collectors / Enumerators.

TRS is looking for motivated, unemployed but employable individuals who enjoy working with communities and have good communication skills.
What Will You Do?
Successful candidates will be trained to:
- Visit households and communities in their respective provinces.
- Conduct interviews lasting approximately 30–60 minutes.
- Collect accurate data on products, services and consumer experiences.
- Support market research projects by gathering valuable information from communities.
Who Should Apply?

- Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enjoy interacting with people and working within communities.
- Are willing to learn and develop their skills.
- Live in small towns or rural areas across Zimbabwe.
No previous research experience is required.
Training and Support
Successful candidates will receive training to prepare them for real market research projects, with ongoing guidance and support from the experienced TRS team.
This opportunity offers practical work experience, skills development and payment for successful, quality-checked interviews. Please note that payment is per qualifying interview, rather than a guaranteed salary.
